What is Solution Focused Hypnotherapy?

Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is a combination of Solution Focused Brief Therapy and Hypnotherapy. It is designed to reduce anxiety, calm the mind and help you to focus on and achieve your goals. Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is based on the most current research in neuroscience. We understand how our brain works and how we can use the very latest techniques to achieve fast, effective results. Hypnotherapy is best described as a combination of Hypnosis and Psychotherapy. Psychotherapy is talking therapy where we discuss the issues and discover step by step what you want to change and Hypnosis enables the subconscious mind to support the beneficial changes that you want to make that will help you to achieve your potential, think, be more positive and cope better with life. All the techniques I use are designed to relieve the symptoms of anxiety and heal the mind so that you can once again feel calm and positive about your life.
